What should I do if a tree has fallen on my house?
Keep everyone away from the damaged area, don’t try to move the tree yourself, and call us straight away. If cables are involved, call your electricity network operator on 105 first.
Will my insurance cover emergency tree work?

Do you need permission for emergency work on a protected tree?
